POWERLIFTING SPECIFIC TRAINING
This program is powerlifting specific training. It includes the main powerlifting movements – squat, bench, and deadlift as well as accessory movements using dumbbells and other equipment. Whether your goal is to prepare for a powerlifting meet or just get strong this is the program for you. Learn proper form, get meet ready, and hone your technique to take your strength to the next level.
You can choose from linear periodization or conjugate-style programs based on your needs and the equipment that you have access to. This program can be tailored for competitive athletes of all experience levels as well as beginners. All programs are customized for your goals and the gym or equipment that you have access to. All levels welcome.

Online Powerlifting Monthly Coaching: $250: Includes weekly training program, video check-in & video feedback ( 1 x per week) & unlimited text support.
Online Powerlifting Monthly Coaching + Nutrition Coaching Services: $350 (Includes all aspects of BOTH coaching programs. )
One-Time Video Form Check (Squat, bench or deadlift form check with video feedback.): $50
