This macro calculator is designed to help you estimate your daily calorie and macronutrient needs based on your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE). TDEE represents the total number of calories you burn in a day, considering your basal metabolic rate (BMR) and activity level.

You can select your goal (fat loss, maintenance, or massing) to adjust your calorie target. Additionally, if you have an aggressive goal, you can enable “Reckless Mode” to allow for more than 2 lbs per week of weight loss. This feature is generally suited for athletes or those with specific performance goals. The calculator will provide your daily calorie needs and a breakdown of macronutrients: protein, fat, and carbohydrates.
